Product Descriptions

Many of our items are one-off, unique, handmade productions or prints of such items. Colours shown in images may differ slightly from the actual product, due to variations in user screen settings. Products are described as accurately as possible with regards to dimensions, colour, components and design.

Online Orders

By ordering a product online you accept these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time. To enable successful delivery, you agree to provide complete and accurate address and contact information. This data will be used to deliver your items and will not be sold or passed on to any third party, except for any data required by PayPal as part of their transaction process. Payments and refunds are made securely via PayPal and are made under their terms and conditions.

You will be sent an email to confirm your order once payment has been made. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation. We will then arrange a refund or replacement.

Delivery and Returns

Small items will be sent via Royal Mail’s letter or Small Parcel Service, larger items via a courier. Delivery charges are provided in the shop checkout. Once the artwork or item has been delivered, it is then the customer’s full responsibility. Care instructions for original artwork will be provided in the delivery package.

Framed original artworks are packaged carefully for delivery but we do not insure for glass breakages. For other items, if an item arrives damaged please contact us via email immediately including a photo of the damaged item. Failure to notify us within 7 days will deem you to have accepted the goods. Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will not refund shipping costs of goods returned, unless they were deemed faulty or damaged on delivery. In which case, a claim will be made with the relevant shipping company against insurance taken out as part of the postage costs.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch and a full refund will be provided using the payment method used to purchase the item. Any undamaged items you wish to return must be returned in perfect condition, ready for resale. These must be returned at your own expense. Refunds may take 10-15 working days to appear in your account.

Care Instructions for Embroidery Artwork

Please display textile artworks out of direct sunlight to avoid fading and maintain the vibrant colours. The glass in the frame will protect the embroidery from dust and dirt. The frame can be wiped clean from time to time with a dry microfibre cloth to remove surface dust. Most items are framed in box frames or frames with spacers between the glass and the artwork, to allow them to breathe and help prevent mould. Please do not display your artwork in a damp or humid environment (not in kitchens or bathrooms!). All mounts and backing cards used are of archival, acid-free quality to reduce the chance of yellowing of the fabric. Items framed without glass can be gently vacuumed, while holding an old pair of ‘knee-high’ hosiery or a pair of nylon tights over the end of the vacuum hose, to prevent damage to the stitching. We hope you enjoy the intricate embroidery detail in your artwork for many years to come.
