My original artworks are one-off, unique and handmade productions. Each vibrant and textural piece is worked on for many hours over weeks and months to develop the naturalistic and finely detailed finish.
These textile, embroidered landscapes are inspired by the rural landscapes nestling below the Lammermuir Hills in East Lothian, Scotland. For each piece I use a range of techniques including hand painting, freestyle machine-embroidery, appliqué and a lot of hand embroidery.
If you would like to buy an original, please contact me for details. Prices range from £80 to £1000 for a mounted design in a bespoke solid wood frame fronted with glass to protect the artwork from dust. Originals vary in size from around 25x25cm to 50x50cm including the frame.
