Week 1 of my Textiles Techniques class at the PACC went very well. We made yo-yos from fabric scraps to use as embellishments, with some interesting ideas for their final use including necklaces and cushion decorations. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished products.

There’s still places on this class if you want to join in the fun. We are going to focus on hand stitched embroidery techniques this term and making up our handiwork into useful and interesting end products.
